This is a great place to have install, clean or repair heat or cooling systems. The people are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very satisfied and will continue being a customer for years to come.

First let me say that we love our mini ductless system and wish we would have done it sooner. Also, we were very happy with Aire Serv’s installers. They were both very professional and at the same time very personable! Justin our salesman who you hear on the radio quite often was very nice when he was here but not very reliable after the fact, in our opinion. We just heard him now on the radio say that when he comes to your house he gives you his business card which has the office number and his personal contact info on the card and you can contact him anytime and he’ll get back to you. Well, we did contact him. We called his number and left a message regarding what we thought was a mistake on our contract at 9 in the morning on a Friday and heard nothing, then emailed him later that day and still heard nothing. We waited through the weekend and finally called the office because we never heard from him and it was the last day if we had to cancel our contract. We left a message with the receptionist that if we didn’t hear from him we would be canceling our contract and within 10 minutes he called us!!! So needless to say, we were disappointed in him.

It took only 2 weeks from start (which was just checking to see how much it would cost) to install and working! Knowledgeable, quick service made this process painless and will help us have a more comfortable summer!
