Simply put: Naylor Sales and Service are top notch. We’ve done 3 installs with them since 2020 in the Park Rapids area and have been extremely satisfied each time. A very professional employee via the phone and when he came out to trouble shoot our central air unit. Discovered it was the board on the furnace rather quickly. Replaced it and checked everything else over and left in just under an hour! Great service, nice employee, quick response time! Thank You!

One of the worst things that can happen to a liquor store in a small vacation town, in the summer, on the week of the 4th of July is having the compressor go out to the 6 door rail cooler. This scenario happened to us this year (2022). We called them for a service after noticing that the cooler was getting warm. A tech was out to us in just a few hours on a Saturday, working hard to make the compressor restart. After he did all he could to try and fix it, he let us know that it needed to be replaced. Panics set in knowing in the retail business that some products are very hard to get and being Saturday I had to ponder this until Monday. Once Monday rolled around I was on the phone with Luke trying to see what our options were. He let me know that he was doing everything he could and calling all their suppliers to try and get us a compressor by the weekend. After hours on the phone and checking the schedule all the starts aligned and we are now scheduled to have our new compressor installed on July 1st just in time for the biggest week of the year. This may not seem very important to some, but being a municipal liquor store in a town of 165 people this means the world to us. Our profits go towards reducing taxes and buying all the road equipment for our city. So any loss in sales impacts our whole town. Thank you Naylor Heating and Refrigeration for helping us through this and all you have done in the past. We would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs your services and look forward to working with you in the future.
