your Technicians Pete and Tyler both did a super job of installing our A/C on July 8th and July 10th, they did a super job of explaining what they were going to do , answered any questions we had , they had to come back on July 10th to finish the job as the Electrician from Sparky Electric never got the message for the hookup on July 8th after Pete and Tyler had everything installed , so they had to come back on July 10th, to get it up and running . Josh Ranshaw did the electrical work on July 9th, he did a great job , except cleaning up what he did, whereas Pete and Tyler did on their part, we also thought it would be later in the week or later before they could finish , because of the mixup , but those at Northwinds made it happen quicker. very happy for the job they did, highly recommend Northwinds for your heating and cooling needs , they will do a super job , have a great advisor there Nate Potts , and the two technicians Pete and Tyler , they will get the job done and will definitely satisfy you

We’ve been glad we trusted NorthWinds H&C for our furnace and air conditioner servicing. They are professionally dressed, cover their shoes in your home, and leave the HVAC better than they find it. They explain thoroughly what they are doing as well as what needs to be done to maintain the system to peak efficiency. We are confident in our systems because we know they are being cared for so well.

We recently (June of 2024) hired North Winds to install a new air-conditioner and furnace in our home, and we’re very glad that we did! Nate was the estimator who came out to discuss the project with us. Unlike other companies we spoke to, he never tried to manipulate or upsell us. Nate took the time to thoroughly assess our needs and to provide several options to meet those needs. He then patiently answered all of our questions to ensure we understood the entire process. We had some concerns about our attic space, and about the electrical work, and Nate went above and beyond to work around those limitations in order to accommodate us. As for the actual work, Lon and Pete were our installers, and they both did an exceptional job. Lon was a little grouchy on the first day, which made us a bit tense at first, but he quickly made up for it with his knowledge, expertise, and meticulousness. Along with Ryan, who was subcontracted through Sparky’s Electric for the electrical work that needed to be done, both Lon and Pete worked extremely hard, in confined spaces, over multiple hot days, to guarantee that we got the best possible setup for our home. They calibrated and tested both the A/C and furnace, and even went the extra mile to make sure that everything not only worked great, but that it looked great too. The end result speaks for itself. This was a huge financial investment for us, which had us both on edge, but thanks to North Winds’ careful attention to detail, our home is now more comfortable than ever before! Obviously we haven’t been able to put the new furnace through its paces just yet since it’s still summertime, but the A/C is working great so far! Plus, it’s good to know that they have our backs if anything ever goes wrong. We are truly grateful to Nate, Lon, and Pete for their attention to detail and for their exceptional work. We also want to specifically thank both Haley and Barb for troubleshooting with us along the way, and for genuinely caring about meeting our needs. Truly, everyone at North Winds put in their best work for us, and it’s clear that we made the correct choice by choosing North Winds over their competitors. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services. Thank you so much!
