We think Aaron did great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. When our AC went out in 90+ weather Vredevoogd had Aaron here within a couple of hours. He ordered the parts for the unit & plumbing to the house (which had been severed by a large limb that came down in a storm) and had the refrigerant replaced and unit recharged and running by 7pm the very next day. We think that is excellent customer service.

Highly recommend this company. I have owned my home for 9 years and have been blessed to never need to call a heating/cooling company. But over the weekend, that changed when my ac unit stopped working. I spoke with Brynn on the phone who was super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to speak with. The next day, the assigned tech, Nolan, arrived promptly. I thought their system that sends you a photo of the tech for safety is super smart. Nolan was friendly and quickly got to work. He diagnosed the issue and clearly communicated with me the next steps/options and the costs. The price was very fair and the work was done in no time. My air is working great! I have heard horror stories of working with companies in this field before so I was worried, but now I know to call Vredevoogd and I’ll be in good hands.
