The Redmon crew arrived on time and explained the process before they started. They had to do some extra work to get the old AC out and the new one installed between some 25 year old holly bushes. It could not have been so fun, but they made it happen. When the project was complete, they came into the house to answer any questions I had and explained the warranty. They were polite, professional and took extra effort to make sure my experience was great. Nice job gentlemen!

Redmon did excellent work in a timely manner. The big, three ton AC unit went in in about 3.5 hours and the two guys were efficient and very professional in their manner. They returned the work areas to spotless condition! Highly recommended.

Response for service was fast. Replacements of old units was at time and date quoted with two service technicians. The installation took a full day as quoted. Technician cleared up completely and answered all questions I had. I am very satisfied with Redmond’s rodent and service. Thank you Les

The Redmon team did really well with our installation of a new furnace and a/c late April, 2024. They were on time (8 a.m.) and were done by 11:45, including the install of a new thermostat. They wore their shoe coverings and covered the carpet leading downstairs. Eli was very respectful in asking if the new a/c placement was acceptable. Luke was patient with my peeking in and asking a few questions. Because it was too cold to turn the a/c on after the initial install, they came back when the weather warmed up to complete the process. It was easy doing business with the Redmon team. We’ll certainly refer them as much as we can.

We had an awesome experience with Redman. They were very punctual with all their appointments. They installed a furnace, air conditioner and a water heater. Their prices were reasonable and had a great warranty. They completed the job early. Technicians were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend them.
