If you need any HVAC work done I HIGHLY recommend Gregg with Terry Allen Plumbing & Heating. We had our AC break over 4th of July week. They came to give us a quote the evening of the 3rd. Terry Allen got us on their soonest available after the holiday. When we started getting into replacing the AC we found out our heating coils were cracked in our furnace and it was causing it to not work correctly and was costing us tons for it to run without actually heating; not to mention it could leak carbon monoxide into our home. Gregg was extremely professional and answered all of our questions and was able to get both our furnace and AC replaced only adding on an extra half day after discovering the issue with our furnace. In getting quotes from HVAC companies, Gregg was also the ONLY company employee that didn’t pressure us into using their company and pull the “we can’t guarantee price if you don’t choose us”; telling us do what option was best for us and our family’s needs. The technicians Christian and Dennis that worked with Gregg were also kind and professional. They also were very clean and made sure to leave no mess behind!! We are extremely grateful to have our furnace and AC fixed and can’t wait to see the cost of savings having new, properly working and efficient equipment!!

It took longer than we were initially told (by 3 days), but the work was done well and Joe was diligent, staying past 5 p.m. most days. Joe answered all of our questions and never seemed to mind us asking them. The units (mini splits) themselves are sleek and do a great job in the room they are mounted in, but we were told (by salesman and installer) having one at either end of our 2,300 SF ranch home would be enough to cool the entire house, although it would be a few degrees cooler in the middle. So far, that has not been our experience at all. The cool doesn’t really leave the rooms the units are in, but in fairness, our house is not “open concept,” so we’ll put up a few fans and cross fingers. I believe it’s as good as it can be. We also installed a new boiler/water heater, and the water heater is great – we’re loving it! Again, I want to commend Joe on his hard work and diligence. He’s a very hard worker, and we appreciated that! 🙂
