My technician went over and above the call of duty he actually went and used my water hose to clean out the coils which I’ve never seen any of the other technicians do, too bad he was from off Cape hopefully he’ll be here next year for me.

This past Saturday our AC would not work. We called South Shore Heating and Cooling and got the answering service, they took the information and said the on duty tech would call. With in a half your Kostantine called us back. We told him our issue and he said he had two stops and would be over in a while. He came and had hour issue fixed with in a short period of time. He was able to get it up and running for us. We have been cusomters of South Shore for just under six years and have never had any ussies with there work.
