We replaced our heating and air conditioner with Goodman, and you can not beat the price along with the quality and absolutely great 10 year warranty (after you register it online). I can not believe how quiet the outside condenser is, it is really quiet compared to my old other brand. Heat and AC work great, plenty of airflow and it’s adjustable, to your liking. The system works great with the ecobee thermostat that performs just outstanding with 3 sensors covering our 1150 square foot raised ranch. My dealer MJ Heating & Air Conditioning sent 3 people to install in just a day!! Very polite and clean!! Highly recommend Goodman and MJ Heating & Air Conditioning MJ Heating & Air Conditioning fixed my mom’s R22 system very quickly and for a very good price. MJ Heating & Air Conditioning, was extremely polite, caring to my needs, very flexible, respectful, cleaned everything up after install, good price. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience, came out 5 times to fix their a/c system they installed in my house. Also unplugged my chest freezer to plug in their pump. And all of my frozen meat and groceries, they said they wont cover any of the lost value of food.

The best out there…we shopped around with several contractors over the course of a few years. It took so long simply due to not finding the right contractor. We were fortunate to have found MJ and team through a recommendation and we could not be happier. Our house didn’t offer the most straightforward install but through consult, and taking with his team they came up with the perfect package for the house. What a game changer it has been! The crew was top-notch, professional, and a pleasure to have working in the house. Highly recommend.

Getting home late yesterday afternoon to find my AC not working at all, I called MJ Heating and Air Conditioning and Mike answered my call right away (which happened to be after hours). After explaining the situation and trying a couple of things Mike suggested first, it was arranged for me to text/call him first thing in the morning for a time of service. By noontime, Jacob came out, and after a few minutes, he found and fixed the problem (loose wire connection). My AC system is back on and working. This is the second time I’ve called MJ Heating and Air Conditioning. Both times, I’ve spoken to Mike directly on the phone, and he’s arranged for someone to come out within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him for any heating or AC service.

My AC broke down in the middle of a pretty hot day in July, I reached out to numerous businesses who could not get me on their service schedules for a few days. When I reached out to MJ Heating I received a text shortly after saying they would have someone out either the same day or next day. Few hours later I got a text telling me that they were sending a tech over that same day. The temp in my house was 87 and I work from home so it was difficult to tolerate. Tech (Jacob) came out and he was awesome! I explained the issue he knew right away where to go to look how to fox it. He fixed it and I had my air working in no time. However, less than 1 week later I had the same issue, I called and asked to have someone come back out. The next day a tech (Spencer) came out who was also awesome! Turned out this time the issue was with the breaker on not the AC unit. Tech was very patient and explained the issue and what to look for if it happens again and how best to handle it. I would definitely recommend this company. Techs are great they know their stuff.

**edited to add: We don’t even have an air filter in the unit. This is LAUGHABLE. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Moved into a new build in the winter (less than a year ago) and never used my AC. Well fast forward now that it’s hot outside, my air sucks. I have had to close every vent upstairs except for one, to get my room to cool off and it takes 5-6 hours to go down even 2-3°. I’ve called several times and left multiple messages and no response. A little inhuman. I’ve also learned from 3 other people in the community that they’ve had the same experience and that they all had their units installed wrong or were missing parts. Figures. If you want a response, I definitely wouldn’t choose this place. Thanks Mike.

Mike was excellent. Came to the house to give an estimate to replace our 19 year old central air conditioner and outside condenser. The price quoted was reasonable. His crew of 4 showed up at 7:30 and finished the job at 5:30. They had to dismantle the old unit in the attic , removed the old unit. The unit in the attic had rusted out in some areas, they cleaned up the area and then brought in the new unit and began the installation. Keep in mind it had to be brought up into the attic not an easy task. Then they removed the outside condenser and placed it on one of their trucks. Then they placed the new one and began to hook it up. I was impressed that all 4 installers were truly professional throughout this whole process. Once the air conditioner and condenser were hooked up, they tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who may need repairs or replace their air condition system. Robert Correia
