TJ and team replaced and installed a new Bosch furnace and heat pump for my house after they were recommended to me by a neighbor. They were knowledgeable, polite, and highly efficient. They took care of various issues that came up during the installation, e.g. putting in a new electric panel to replace an old one that didn’t have enough breakers for the heat pump. The system now works great. Highly recommend!

TJ and Freedom Air Mechanical did an amazing job installing a central air system on our 2nd floor, as well as installing two mini-ducted splits on our first floor. His team was extremely polite, clean, and worked really hard to ensure that the install went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing their HVAC or getting a new system install as their pricing is more than fair and their work is awesome.

Around 5pm on a Wednesday our heater stopped working. Not great given our new baby. I contacted TJ and he responded immediately and started troubleshooting via text even before his guys got here. They diagnosed the issue which was a crack in the heat exchange likely caused by shoddy workmanship by the previous installer causing the system to overwork and fail. They lent us their space heater to make sure we were comfortable and got a new system installed the correct way. Everyone worked late to figure out the problem and identify a solution—all at a reasonable price. Everyone was kind, hard working, and gave it their all to make sure we had heating for our little one. Can’t imagine going with any other hvac specialist going forward. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family. 10/10

Our A/C unexpectedly stopped working during this random heatwave & someone recommended Freedom. I called in the morning & they said they could get someone out later that same day, which was music to my ears. They came, diagnosed the issue, replaced a part, & now it’s back up and running. Couldn’t be more pleased that they were able to address it ASAP & we didn’t have to wait days to get it resolved. Price seemed very reasonable – we were expecting to have to shell out much more to get it fixed. Keeping their contact info handy for the future & I definitely recommend them.

TJ and his guys plus all his Sub contractors do amazing work! I’m very satisfied with the results had a condenser and heat pump added and my furnace swapped, and he was able to help me get a 10,000 dollar rebate on all the equipment! Couldn’t ask for a better guy to call!

Central air unit went over the weekend. They came out Sunday night, diagnosed the problem, came back and fixed it first thing Monday. They were reliable, professional, and I will use them again.

Freedom Air installed 3 gas furnaces with AC in our multi family home in Medford, MA. The owner TJ seemed very knowledgeable and was very polite and professional. We were nervous doing ductwork but the ductwork they installed was well done, neat and not intrusive and everything was sealed and insulated. The lead installer on the job Brendan was extremely nice and courteous – we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend.
