Amazing response time! I submitted an online request and received a call to schedule my appointment in about an hour. The company texts prior to arriving and showed up within the scheduled time frame. They provided the solution to get my AC working AND provided recommendation for my system going forward. Top notch service! Edit: A few years later, but I still absolutely love working with Rocky! His techs replaced our HVAC system last month, he called yesterday to ensure everything was running smoothly. It is amazing to have a small business do such an amazing job and have great follow up as well. Thank you for everything you do!

Best company out there. We have maintenance plan with BLUEDOT and when it’s not cooling Bluedot said my only options are to replace it for $13,000. I said I will take second opinion and call them back In few hours Bluedot called me said they will discount the price to $9,900 if I take it right then and there. But I said let me call back. And next day morning they called me and said they will further discount it to $8,500 ( $13,000 to $8,500 in 12 hours ) One of my neighbor said about Rocky HVAC and I called. RAJAN came and looked and said HVAC unit is working fine and he tightened all wires and said only need to replace motor in wind controlled and charged less than $1,000 and it’s working fine PLEASE AVOID BIG COMPANIES and support small local businesses and I found Rocky HVAC as one of the best the way they rep des and took care of the problem HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS Thank you!!!

Excellent service to replace HVAC and service. Very professional and reasonable price. Very prompt to meet scheduled time. Team explained me HVAC issues in detail and how to keep up proper maintenance. Rajan Sarma replaced AC unit for my HAVAC. I recommend Rockey team for HVAC installation, replacement and service.

Great job efficiently done. Good price 2 years of labor covered nice cooling from a 3 ton Goodman unit and a 4 ton blower. Just didn’t like the 3% Credit Card fee over unit and labor price.Highly recommended Rocky HVAC. Rocky rocks.
