2nd Service: What excellent service… Comfort Systems Inc. is the truth! My a/c stopped cooling. They resolved it quick, fast and in a hurry. From initial contact through service completion and billing I am honored to highly recommend Comfort Systems. You will be glad you found them too. 1st Service: The fan in the outside ac unit was not working. I called and service technicians (Mike & Dennard) were at my home within the hour. Found and replaced a faulty capacitor. Air conditioning is now operating normally. Thank you Comfort Systems Inc for providing my family such excellent service.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. My furnace went up and I couldn’t afford to replace it. I found a government grant to pay for it. I was having trouble finding a company willing to accept it and then I found them. I had been without heat most of the winter because my application paperwork had gotten lost. These guys worked diligently with the government to make sure all the paperwork was filed correctly, so it could be processed quickly. In other words, they actually cared! As soon as approval was received, they came right out, put in my new HVAC system. they were quick they were efficient and they did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier! This was a year and a half to two years ago. Now I’m comfortable year-round now and it’s because they took the time to help me. They are the absolute best!!!

Called Comfort Systems because my old unit was not cooling and that they had put the unit in for us over 25 years ago and if the unit could not be repaired I would need them to replace it. Told them I had a service plan with BGE on the unit and was hoping they could fix it. Bottom line is BGE fixed the unit but told me it was on its last leg. When it finally does quit, I will contact Comfort Systems to install the new one. They were very courteous on the phone and told me that when I was ready, I would receive the same quality service that I received in the past.
