I recently had D&A Service Co. repair my AC system, and I’m impressed with their service. They were responsive, arriving promptly and diagnosing the issue quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the repair process clearly. They completed the repair efficiently, and my HVAC system is now working perfectly. From a one hour (vs 5 hour) window for the estimate, answering my questions via email, arriving 30 mins early on day of install and finishing the job within the estimated time and price, these guys were amazing. The estimator (JJ) was knowledgeable, explained things clearly and was super efficient, yet personable. The actual estimator (Chris) was super helpful, quick to respond and change his estimate and let me know when there was an earlier install slot available. Micah showed up 30 minutes before the install window and was super friendly. Between him, Dennis and Trevor and honestly, I’m not sure who else was here for the day, this was so easy. I checked and asked questions a couple times during the install and NO ONE treated me like an idiot or annoyance. 😉 Dennis did a walk through afterwards to tell me about the system and was clear about maintenance items that I should do. Ladies…there were no surprises at the end. The bill was exactly as provided with the estimate. There was no last minute upsell, issues, any of that nonsense. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived, my house is cool, the unit seems to be working as it should and I assume the furnace will work when I need it (they ran that for me too). These guys were amazing, affordable (I had 3 other estimates and they were the most affordable, most responsive and the ones who showed up on time). I highly recommend!!! 🙂

All around, excellent customer service! I spoke with Kerry on the phone, and she was accommodating and asked questions about my needs. JJ was the technician who came out, and he explained what could have caused the issue and provided his professional opinion on the next steps. Both Kerry and JJ were pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to. Thank you both!

Sunday morning on Fourth of July weekend the upstairs A/C crapped out. I called D&A Heat and Air. Chris said he would make some calls to get a tech out…and he did same day. Lou (the tech) was efficient, professional and courteous. He rapidly diagnosed and repaired the A/C. It was the starting solenoid that failed. I was very pleased with this service experience.

A/c unit went out on a Sunday. D&A was quick to get back to me and got a technician out a few hours later. Tech was great. Walked me through the problem and showed me a few features that I was unaware of. Great customer service.

D&A was able to respond to my home on a Saturday night, after temperatures had been in the mid to upper 90s throughout the day. The technician diagnosed why my a/c had stopped working and repaired it quickly.
