Warner Construction a year agoGreat local general contractor in the Frederick area. They only do commercial work so no home building but they have a great spread of projects they have done all around Maryland. The staff is nice, I recommend going by if you have any new commerical buildings you need built or renovated!

Sicos Kitchen and Bath LLC 2 months agoSaul and his team did a fantastic job. I had a major renovation done on my first floor including: a kitchen remodel, floor installation, stair update and opening up of walls. Saul was responsive and worked closely with us through out the process. Saul was quick to address any concerns or questions. His team was professional, polite, and courteous. We love the results. I feel like I have a brand new home. I would recommend Sico’s to anyone looking to make home improvements.

RJZ Home Improvements LLC 2 weeks agoRyan and his team were the ultimate professionals! Ryan is a creative problem solver, goes above and beyond to work with his clients, is excellent at staying on time and on budget, and is flexible and supportive in what is often a stressful process. We were remote for much of our renovation, and he always stayed in great communication with us, and was always did his best to accommodate our schedule for when we could come down to do in person visits or decisions. It made us super comfortable leaving the day to day of the project in his hands. We loved working with him, whether it was trying to figure out where walls should go or what tiles to use in our bathroom, he had great ideas and was very patient! He worked incredibly hard to make sure we could move in by the target date, and we REALLY appreciated that. Also getting to meet the rest of team, they are all professional, tidy and super kind (even to our little dog!). The end result was a GORGEOUS house that we absolutely love! Thank you Ryan!

Renovations by Ed 3 months agoEd and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! From start to finish, everyone was extremely professional, responsive, and very friendly. The team was super communicative and helpful. The shiplap project we had installed was completed within the projected timeframe. The pricing was reasonable, and we are very happy with the quality of the product and finished outcome. We will definitely be using RBE for our future home projects!
