5 stars is not nearly enough. Very fast reply to my service request for an AC repair. Dave came a few hours later and had me up and running in less than 10 minutes. I will only use this company in the future for all service and repair. I am a very happy customer.

These guys are simply the BEST. Caring, professional, and go the extra mile. I have called them for the mundane yearly cleaning of my 1962 boiler (a classic 😄), for silly new homeowner things like my thermostat stopped working (oh, the batteries…embarassing… but they walked me through it), and just recently when I had to say bbye to the classic 1962 boiler, they spent two almost 12 hour days installing my new beautiful, awesome, energy efficient system. And they are easy to talk to, explain everthing…seriously, the people are awesome and 100% committed to the job they are doing.

I had an issue a few days ago with furnace fumes coming into my home. I immediately called Growden and he was here within hours!!! I slept that night with heat and peace of mind.I can’t tell you how much that means. Excellent customer service!!! And if you get lucky, maybe he’ll sing you a few lines of Rich men North of Richmond (Mr Growden looks a whole lot like Oliver Anthony) 5 STARS! Quality work, terrific customer service and just plain good people work here!! Thanks again for your help

We were without heat from Thanksgiving until the following Thursday. I call Growden and they came out Tuesday and ordered the parts we needed and got it going for us in 2 days. Not to mention that the guy that came out also looked at our Subaru and was able to get the oil caps off it that we couldn’t do. They go above and beyond for you and they also give you 45 days to pay for your parts on your furnace. Thank you!

Notified my landlord there was a problem with the heat yesterday. He contacted these folks and they were able to fix it in no time flat. Colin was amazing! Friendly, fast, respectful, and thanks to his hard work we now have heat! 10/10 would recommend!!

Called for a simple job to just look at my heating unit. Told me between 9-10am. When they were nearly 45 minutes late, I had to message them to find out they wouldn’t be there until 2. When I told them I could make 2 work, the time became an issue. Do not bother wasting your time with them.
