Needed AC repair. Was charged $300 for a repair but was told that my unit needed to be replaced since they could not get it to work (no refund even though it wasn’t repaired). Danielle was great, but I was able to get it repaired for a few hundred dollars instead of a $11k-$16k replacement from another HVAC tech who said “the wires were not connected properly from the previous service provided.”

Great contractors. Conducted the most thorough analysis of my home’s HVAC replacement system needs. Did not simply replace existing equipment. Installation was conducted well. Estimator and installation techs very competent. Explained system options well. Good warranty on parts and labor (ten years). One caveat – not a lot of run time with system.

If anyone has ever was thinking about getting a new central air unit and or gas furnace this is the outfit Buric, you need to go with. Why because they were very knowledgeable told me exactly what’s going to be done very clean as they were working on the furnace inside. The communication between the working crew was fantastic and very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone They were a five-star team. The installers were Greg Clyde and Tom. And the two wonderful sales reps were Andrew and Danielle they were a fantastic as well. And gave me many options to choose from and explained every one of them for our benefit. They are local too out of Columbia. This company stands by their work.

Buric HVAC was recommended to me by my son that was a project manager for a general contractor several years ago for some service work. I lived somewhat out of his typical market, but he was happy to take care of my needs and I was very happy with his service. Later I needed someone to vent a new imported Italian gas oven and Nick was there for me. I asked for a quote on my HVAC that I felt might need to be replaced soon and told him when I was ready, I would favor him as my supplier. Almost 5 years passed, and Buric was having a Spring Promotion so I asked them to update my proposal and maybe we could make a deal before my luck ran out. I was happy with the proposal and Buric was quick to check the site out, sign me up and complete the install. His field technicians were all top class and did excellent work. The job is complete, and we are very happy not to have to worry how much juice is left in our old system.

Replaced my 25 year old HVAC system with a very high efficiency system for less than another contractor quoted for a lower efficiency system. Easy to work with, and gave alternatives to meet our goals and budget. Work was done as scheduled and in a very professional way. Thee 10 years parts and labor warranty is unbeatable and a sign that their products and work are first rate.
