I am and will be recommending anyone needing hvac services to call Griff’s. They are prompt to respond, professional in their assessments, and have a true passion that the industry is losing to big corporations. Rich saved me from a full system replacement ($$$$) by diagnosing and replacing a part, which a different company’s technician had missed earlier that day. I do not long for hvac issues, but I will always be happy to know we have Griff’s Heating & Air!

Had an a/c go down last night and Rich & Ryan came out and handled it the next day efficiently and professionally. Kim kept me in the loop with the appt time as well. Will definitely be using moving forward and for future replacements.

I have to say Rich and his son Ryan both do great HVAC work. Very proffesional and make sure drop clothes are used to protect floors during a HVAC system replacement. I would give Griffs Heating & Air Inc. a call if you are in need of a HVAC contractor in Harford County area or the Baltimore Metro area. I also wanted to mention they offer very good pricing on HVAC repairs and replacement systems. I would give them 10 Star Review if i could. Keep up the great job guys. I needed help diagnosing a tricky problem. I figured I’d get price gauged for as much time-money as possible but this was not the case. Rich came when he said, identified the problem properly, proposed a solution, did the work, checked it, and charged me appropriately. Other contractors wouldn’t have been this professional.

My AC went out on a Friday night, they came out and diagnosed the issue on Saturday and got everything back up and running on a Tuesday. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I intend on using them again.

Overall great experience! Thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, punctual, and reliable. Griff’s patiently helped us work through the diagnostic on our existing heat pump and the decision-making process for repair/replacement. We ultimately decided to go with replacement of the heat pump and air-handler, and we are very satisfied with the result. Thanks for a job well done!

In their details of the company, they mention the word trust – which I think is a great place to start. Rich and Kim were able to take care of my place, even when I was on vacation! I trust that they are not gauging me with price. They are always available in the event of an ’emergency’ – which of course we all are having. I have been a repeat customer for over 5 years now.. and will continue to use Griff’s. Excellent small business that deserves our support!
