The Dave’s World team of three came at the agreed 08:30 and itroduced themselves and went over the installation process and proceeded. If anything went astray I didn’t hear anything as I was working near for the duration. This i s a ‘double wide’ with limited acess and crawl space , still no audible complaints. Great clean job and not obtrusive from outside. The install took about 5 hours from pulling in to clean up and down the road. The young lad went over the operations and warrantees and also answered any questions I had. A handshake and on his way. These guys were very proficient and professional at their craft making it a joy. The units work amazing and my wife will be pleased when she comes home from vacation. I was a jobsite supervisor for 35 years and certainly appreciate a well planned and executed project. Thanks Dave’s World.

From earliest contact with Matt from sales to the delivery and installation Dave’s world hit all the right buttons. Questions were answered, everything in the sales walk around was delivered, Alex and Zach went over the general operations of the unit and got the equipment installed right, the first time, and Bruce made sure he explained the electrical and that too worked first try. Starting with the recommendation from my daughter and son to the installers packing up and leaving, it has been a totally easy experience. The first call made to Dave’s World was answered promptly by an actual live person who was very informative. Barry Heath arrived for the appraisal and estimate exactly when expected. Barry took his time and answered all of my questions and offered all the possible ways that heat pumps could be installed. We came up with a solution that I could afford and would do the job required. The Techs arrived on time on the day of installment. Jordan and Rick were friendly, informative and efficient. The team work was great. Dave’s World is a well run business. I couldn’t ask or expect a better experience.
