Edgar was phenomenal!! A true professional and expert. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with his skill and knowledge. I called many places (some told me they were coming but never followed up or showed interest). Nu Air promptly responded and got me on the schedule quickly.

Easy to schedule online. James came out and quickly assessed the issue. They were professional and had no problem answering any questions I had. Pricing is always more than you want to pay but they stand by their work and honor it with warranties.

James and Michael were recently here per our maintenance agreement. They were thorough, on-time, hard working and very respectful of our time and property. In the process it was noted that there were some HVAC components that absolutely needed to be replaced and then there were also some recommendations. All work was quoted and upon our approval, parts were ordered. James arrived today to complete those services in which parts have come in. Again, he was respectful of my time and was very informative about the work he was doing. He was able to explain to me all that was going on with my unit in a way that I could understand. Edgar has done a remarkable job maintaining a crew of guys that are honest, hard working and genuinely happy to be at work, even on the hottest days! That says a lot for Edgar and his staff whom I highly recommend!
