My experience was truly wonderful and above satisfactory. Not only were all personnel that I corresponded with truly understanding and hospitable, but the service technician Jonas was way above my standards in who I’d look forward to with something as important as my home’s AC system in his hands to maintenance and keep afloat. His knowledge and skill sets towards installs, maintenance, and customer service are exemplary. I would recommend him as well as Lee’s to anyone and everyone that wants the absolute best service and down to earth people providing business in this field. I was so impressed I also decided to sign up and pay for the year service agreement package for $225 annually. When you see what all you will get within this package, you’d be crazy NOT to pay for it. Thank you Lee’s and of course thank you Jonas for helping me in my time of need as well as rescuing me from this south LA heat. I feel truly blessed and I know The Lord will bless you guys also! Great customer service! From the very first answering service phone call, to the very last signature of the receipt. Jonas, was particularly knowledgeable, and very nice. Would call on Lee’s again, and if I could specifically ask for Jonas.

Jonas, was very helpful and confident in what our problem was. We as customers are very comfortable with knowing that our service techs know what they are doing. He also checked our outside unit and recognized that our 15 year old compressor was wearing out. We appreciate Jonas pointing that out to us. We really appreciate his professionalism and his respect for us. We could tell he was raised by respectful parents.

Had a new system installed a month ago and i was not satisfied with it. I messaged Preston, salesman for Lee’s . He and a technician came out found a problem and corrected it immediately. Great customer service and care. I would recommend Lee’s to anyone and i have.
