The technician came at the scheduled time. He was very polite and explained what he was to do during the system check. When the system check was complete he explained the recommended upgrades that could be done and the cost. He left a copy of his findings.

No one likes it when the AC stops working in July! Len Aire was able to get to the house quickly! They spent a long time looking at all areas of our HVAC system in order to provide us with the best options available to us. Repairs were scheduled for the next day and the technicians arrived early and did an amazing job getting us back up and running. Very professional. The next morning we were surprised to get a phone call from the company checking on us to see how we were doing and letting us know that a supervisor would be coming by to double check the work and make sure it was up to their standards. And of course it was. Not happy to need a new unit but VERY happy with the company we chose to use.

Called initially for a cleaning and to have our system checked over since it is a little older and we’re not sure the previous owners had ever serviced the A/C. Faith was able to get someone out to look at the unit a day later. Jordan and Brendan came out to look at the unit and duct work. They sat down with us and explained everything, honestly. That we’d likely need a new system in the next few years; but they could service it as was. We just said let’s replace it now. The following week Brendan, Zach, Marcus and Jericho came out to start on the system. They were extremely professional, polite and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repair or work.

On the same day that I called Len Air, Dale returned my call and came to my house to diagnose my problem. Since it did not need immediate attention, I was scheduled for service the following week. I am so happy with my air conditioning today. My home is amazingly cool in these almost 100 degree temps! The staff at Len Air were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done very promptly. I highly recommend Len Air and Dale, my favorite technician.
