Recently purchased a commercial property, a home that was converted to a commercial building. Allen’s name was in the thermostat and unit, so I called them first when the air went out two weeks after we acquired the property. Despite Allen’s having no problem plastering their name on both units, they refused to come out and service the unit even after multiple back and forth phone calls. Three calls later I finally found someone who could come out and assist, Elite HVAC, and they did so in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. I’ll be using them and recommending them from here on out.

The technicians who performed an installation of my A/C unit , initiated professionalism that really impressed my wife and I. I first called 10 different companies within the Louisville area, but hadn’t any luck getting a technician to come and give me a quote on the unit and labor. I called Elite HVAC Services of Elizabethtown and I spoke to a very warm hearted lady that assured me that their technicians will be happy to assist me. Exactly 40 minutes later, I was explaining what my unit wasn’t doing. I’ll wrap my experience up by saying that I made a great decision when I called Elite. Not only did they respond quickly, they also displayed excellent professionalism and quality of their service skills. The technicians ( Mickey Ervin ,Michael McClellan, and John Kroger) showed not only skills of A/C installation, but the skills of being a good product of society. We have used Elite for all hvac ,freezer,and cooler repairs for our restaurant.They are the BEST in Kentucky. I could not ask for better service. I highly recommend them.

First time customer. I called this morning to request a repair and a tech was able to squeeze me in by 3:30 and get the repair done on the same visit. It’s a busy time with high temperatures and they went above and beyond to get us taken care of well ahead of the original estimated time (tomorrow evening or the day after). I will definitely be giving them my business going forward.
