At 11:30pm I noticed my AC was draining water back into my duct work. I called Comfort at 8:15 the next morning and they were at my house 42 minutes later. I timed it. The gentleman who came was polite and treated me with respect even tho I asked a lot of questions since this is my first house and first problem. He explained the issue, fixed the issue and even pointed out a couple of other possible problems on the roof to check out. I can’t say a bad thing this company.

I must say , I have never met such wonderful people as I have , with Comforts, Nick went above and beyond coming to give me a quote I the week before had another company I always previously used , cleaned & serviced my unit on Wednesday, was told I was good to go , turn ac on Thurs night , not much relief if any by sat morning it was over 90 , in here, I’m on 24 7 oxygen & the heat is very hard on me , that was the weekend of the river festival. I called the same company bk & all of a sudden I’m told my a coil has holes & need replaced , 8,000-10,000!!!! I called comfort & one other for quoted Nick came with comfort & before he left asked if his tech, Troy could look at my unit , Troy was here when I got home & was putting freon in , yes one small hole was in the coil but not enough to effect it from cooling with freon , been a week almost & going g into 105% weather, Nick has said don’t worry if that doesn’t hold no matter , I could get some portable units too, Any way I hadn’t even said yes to the bid yet& he even called to check on if it was still cooling, well that service & kindness sealed in deal for me , I will definitely go with them & they will keep me safe & cool from the heT until, the can get installed!!!!! What a Company, awesome service trustworthy & honest & caring !!! HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Comfort Heating and Air customer service is excellent! I have had to call them 3 times in the last couple of years. They are there within hours and repairs and replacements are done quickly! Great technicians, sales people and pricing! Highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service!

I previously had a company come out and they worked on my heating system but it never lasted more than two days. They ended up coming 6 times in 5 months and the same problem kept happening. So I called Nick with comfort heating and air to come and give me a quote. He showed up when he said he would and also kept in contact with me while I decided what and who I was going to go with. Gladly I went with Comfort heating and air. I’m so very glad I did. They showed up to do the installation of my whole system when they said they would be here. The men were very friendly and answered all of my questions. (Which was A LOT) They finished 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. They even vacuumed up the very little mess they made. You all did a fantastic job!!! I will HIGHLY recommend this company to EVERYONE I know!!! Thank you soooo much!!

I have a home warranty company,but with it being 30 below outside and 57 in the house,I was forced to call Comfort Care and Im so glad I did…30 mins after I called on a Sunday,Katrina showed up to check our furnace.We had unfortunate news that the furnace needed replacement..the next morning I received a call from Lauren that Nick would call me and come out to give me the cost of the job,which I was pleasantly surprised,was much less than the estimate I received on Sunday.Next thing I know we are having our furnace installed this very minute!!During the coldest year that I can remember,Comfort care was there for us when our own Home Warranty company couldnt get anyone out to our house for at least 48 hrs,and very likely not even then..Ive used Comfort care before,and I highly recommend them..Their customer care is fantastic,they dont leave you waiting all day….they are here on time,and are very friendly and sweet..I also needed help with something that Lauren did for me,Thankyou Lauren…Id like to say thankyou to the entire crew,we have our furnace in, in less than 24 hours,Outstanding serviice all the way around..Will absolutely recommend them,and they deserve 5 stars,which I will gladly give them.Thanks again Comfort care!!

I appreciate the prompt response and installation services provided by Comfort Heating and Air. However, I regret to mention that there was a discrepancy regarding the inclusion of a fresh air pipe, which was initially promised during the pre-installation consultation. Regrettably, this aspect was not fulfilled as expected. It was disheartening to experience the inconvenience of having to proactively reach out and follow up, only to sense a lack of enthusiasm on their end. As a result, I have decided to address the matter independently and complete the remaining tasks myself.

Great service from start to finish! My AC wasn’t working properly and I had them come out for a second opinion. It turned out I needed a new one. They came and installed a new A/C & furnace, showed me how to run it and cleaned up all in 1 day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
