If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Unfortunately, I had to delete my five-star review from 3 years ago to add this one. I was unsure if updating the last review would show it as edited or blend it with older reviews. Nevertheless, three years ago, and again just recently, we had outstanding experiences with Alternative Air. We had a technician out in April 2024 because our thermostat was set to 68-70 degrees, but our house was staying around 74-76 degrees (on any day over 80 degrees, our AC gets turned on, LOL—hence why it was running in April, LOL). The system worked well for a while, but the issue returned. I contacted Alternative Air on 06/24 and spoke with the nicest lady. She couldn’t send someone that day but assured me they’d fit us in ASAP. Later that afternoon, she pleasantly surprised me by calling back to confirm a technician would arrive shortly after 8:30 am the next morning. Her proactive follow-up was unexpected and appreciated. The next morning, Nicholas L. called to say he’d be over shortly. It was a hot, humid morning, so I offered him water and chatted with him outside as he inspected our unit. Nicholas is not only a thorough technician but also incredibly friendly and personable. It’s amazing how quickly we found common ground and chatted like old friends in just 30 minutes. He got our system running perfectly again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service—from my first call on 06/24 to having my AC fixed on 06/25. Keep up the phenomenal work, Alternative Air! A lot can change in three years, but your fantastic service remains consistent!

I have used Alternative air twice and very satisfied with their service. The lady I spoke to and set up my appointment was very pleasant and did everything she said she would do. They called ahead to tell methat they were coming which is appreciated. This last service call today had a few surprises and Josh worked so hard to get everything fixed with my toilet and I ended up getting a new one. He had to make a few trips and was so nice about all of it. I will definitely use them again and again. They fixed my hot water heater the first time and this time a leak in the air conditioner and my toilet. I would highly recommend them.

Thomas and Jason recently performed some work at our home and they both did an awesome job! They were courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thomas fixed a problem we had been having for some time. He persevered and figured it out. Great job Guys!

Alternative Air staff are very polite and knowledgeable. They have responded to all my needs quickly, They located the problem in just a few minutes and fixed it in a short period of time. The staff always explains everything to me in verbiage I can understand. Their pricing is very reasonable!! Anyone needing services that Alternative Air can supply should not hesitate and call Alternative Air. No need to look further. Thank you for your excellent service. I truly appreciate these people!!

I had my spring air conditioner service done today. This young man did an outstanding job. He was professional and personable. As a retired business owner, I know how difficult it can be to find outstanding workers. I’d rate his service as superior.

Ian & Dawson seriously exceeded our expectations today! From the moment they arrived, throughout the water heater installation, the tutorial of operation, and their exit, Dawson & Ian worked seamlessly as a team. I’m in real estate and will definitely refer Alternative Air & Ian & Dawson!!!
