The answering service they use instead of answering their own phones can NOT answer any questions you have. Including the operational hours they’re open. Won’t call back like service suggested.

We had a mini split heat pump installed this winter. Had some issues with it at first, partly related to our learning how to use it. This weekend we realized it wasn’t cooling. Each time we have called the person answering the phone has been polite and helpul. They have been very responsive. Each person who came out was extremely professional, nice, considerate, listened to us explain the problem, and even better than that…they fixed it! Thanks, Zach for helping us today!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. My furnace went out over the coldest part of winter, and not ONLY were they stocked with the exact element I needed, they didn’t even get angry when I had to go BACK for a second one due to breaking the first! I would never look anywhere else for my HVAC needs. AND the woman in the office/reception area was so nice, I would give her her own 10 stars if I could!

Called at 6pm on a Thursday and called several times being told each time that we were 3rd in line for repair. After over 3 hours we asked to have the tech call us to confirm he was coming out. At 945pm we finally got a call. He proceeded to tell us he will not come out because we are not pre-existing customers. This company is not worth the time of day.
