First, the technicians have always been great. Our new AC broke after two months of use. I don’t know if it was the installation or a poor product but extremely disappointed either way. Our old unit lasted two decades and our new one lasted 2 months. Buyer beware. And now only one month later and our new furnace is leaking. They’ll be out in three days to take a look.

Blake did a tremendous job for us. He explained everything and was very courteous. Blake is a very conscientious young man. It was a pleasure meeting and having him work on our AC unit.

Braxton was very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions. He explained in detail how to operate the thermostat and how to get it hooked up. The other technician, his name escapes me at the moment was always doing something to move the job forward. The system is now operating and they cleaned up as they went. Our system was over 20 years old and and undersized. They worked the new system in easily. The tested the furnace to ensure operation before turning the AC on. Extremely satisfied with their work.

Aaron is a great technician! He explains everything that he’s going to check on and do while he is here. Very thorough and professional. Completed the project of installing a new water heater and fixing cooling leaks in my air conditioner system, both indoors and outdoors. He completed the project by explaining what he did with pictures of each step repaired. I was very impressed!

Tyler’s confidence put me at ease right away because I was nervous about getting a new toilet installed. My house is so old. I thought it would be extra work, but Tyler calmed my nerves , helped me pick the right toilet, did the job quickly, cleaned up after himself and explained everything he was doing. I will continue doing business with Schaal.
