This company is very customer friendly and very reliable. They do their best to make sure they are there within a matter of days, if not the same day you call. Lowden plumbing and heating always does their best work and will make sure the customer is happy before leaving the job. Their prices are also very good for the quality of work that these employees do at lowden plumbing and heating . 10-10 recommend them!!

Our experience with Lowden was great every step of the way. We got an appointment quickly, despite the holidays. The gentleman that arrived was very friendly and very thorough about the repair. Rates were decent. I have no complaints whatsoever and I will be calling them next time we need a good plumber.

We called because the tub was backed up, they said it wasn’t backed up my drain was at to much of a pitch when they left I still had a leak, called and 15 min after they left, said it would be a week before they could get here. After charging 700 dollars. And I had to rip my ceiling out. I put new drywall up and took a bath and let water out and it coming flowing out of the part they put in because obviously it still clogged somewhere and it flooded my dinning room all over my new drywall. I called and they still wanted to charge money to come back out, and every plummer I talked to said they should be responsible but I had to find someone else because why would I want to pay you guys since you screwed up twice. My landlord is not impressed at all
