Seth came to our Condo to clean out the vents. What a great guy. The experience, while noisy, was awesome. He picked up afterwards and kept us informed each step of the way. His customer service was extraordinary. Very pleases we went with Scheblers.

We had an installation nightmare. They installed new equipment. We had air conditioning issues from day 1. They diagnosed equipment failure on day 14. Installed new equipment on day 21. Still no resolution. After day 28, they decided they did not want to do any more resolution work with us and that we could continue using their equipment until we found a new HVAC contractor to install yet another compressor, air handler, and coil. They finally took their equipment out for the final time, 6 weeks later. 05.13.2024 – OMG! Unbelievable! What’s your point Mr CEO CFO Lance? My social media name does not need to match any contract name. My social media name could be ‘s*** happens’ or ‘showsomeintegrity’ for what it’s worth. It seems you are trying to convince the public I am a fraud. I am not Mr. Lance! Talk to your service manager Brent! This experience happened! This contract was signed with your salesman Randy on June 2nd of 2023. The install happened on June 12th of 2023. From June 12 to August 2, we placed more than 50 phone calls in a 45-day to a Schebler employee. If you guys would have done your job expertly, you would have found a smashed, stepped on return vent that you’re installer broke causing hot, moist, 150° attic air to be returned into our living space! Instead you guys swapped out brand new equipment for a second time. Still didn’t work because the smashed vent didn’t get fixed! You then decided you didn’t want us as your customer and told us to find another HVAC installer. Thank you Doug’s Heating and Air Conditioning for stepping up to the plate and working with these guys to make our house a home again! No further response necessary Lance!
