From the phone call to Neighbors to the Thank You’s in the driveway, the service was perfect. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained all his findings and suggestions. I have put their number in my phone for the next time I need air conditioner or furnace repair.

I can’t recommend Neighbors highly enough. I called them at 10:15 pm on a Friday night when my air went out. I assumed Saturday morning service at best with a warm night ahead. Within an hour, they came, fixed the faulty part, and were on their way. Amazing service. Be sure to join the comfort club. The Friday night visit cost me nothing.

Top notch experience. ‘Jacob’ did a lot of work in an hour and got my central air going in a heat wave. Because he explained what he was doing I purchased the biannual service checks without him having to “sell it”.

I was quoted $13k to install a mini-split in my garage, these are only a few thousand dollars from any big box store, 10k in labor to hang two appliances, run lines and drill a hole? Got a quote for solo HVAC guy to install it for $850!
