Their scheduling is really bad. I had an appointment for 3 weeks for 12pm to 2pm. The technician apparently showed up at 11am and supposedly called to say he was here. I never got a call. He said he knocked on my door. But 3 adults were here and never heard a knock or call. We finally saw a pamphlet in the door saying he came. I would not recommend them

They lost a loyal customer today. Scheduled my annual fireplace service for February. Have been rescheduled many times on their end +1 no show. Finally my appointment was supposed to be in June and yet again they have canceled. I will be finding my fireplace services and needs elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Service tech broke unit took parts with him notified twice they sent bill never fixed unit. Lost Corporate account. Service tech talking about strip clubs in front of teen. Unprofessional AF. They had the chance to fix the problem and got nothing but the run around. Ask Phil your service tech who broke the unit. We are a corporate acct. with opportunity to install more units you did nothing but run us around, your problem and loss.

The technician was awesome. Had my fireplace back up and running in no time. Sorry to report the fireplace only worked for a day. When the technician returned, he told me they would need another $1000+ to get it running again.

Absolutely insane. Had service done and their technician carries a concealed gun. You can tell by the clips on his belt it’s one of those in waist band holsters. Like why do you need to bring a gun in my house. I’ll never call these crazy people again.

Noah came on time and we discussed what the problem might be and determined that the cause of the problem was the extremely cold air and that the furnace functioned properly. We need to add insulation.
