Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 3 months ago. Was prompt and very professional. Furnace worked fine. Used the air conditioner just a couple of weeks and it quit working. They fixed it and now 6 days later it stopped working again during the horrible heat wave. Not happy at all and wish I still had my old unit.

I had Tyler’s plumbing out to address a backed up sewer line. I had a ton of root penetration in my main line out to the city and my pipes had backed up into my basement multiple times over the last year. They were able to get my main sewer line flowing again but mentioned the root penetration was very bad and if it backed up again I may want to consider having the main sewer pipe to the city replaced as it would likely only be a temporary fix. Fast forward one month after: sewer pipe backs up again and floods my basement. I have them out again to quote me on getting the pipe to the sewer main replaced and they were very fairly priced. Got a couple other estimates and they were the most competitive. They went above and beyond to fix my issue and were very fair to me even though there were some unforseen issues that arise due to the routing of my old sewer pipe under my garage. It’s been a month or so since they did this work and I have not had a single issue since and I’m very glad I got this done. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues you might have. Really good group of people.

I bought my house last fall, knowing my HVAC would need to be replaced in the near future. My realtor suggested Tyler’s, and boy am I glad she did! I’ve had poor experiences with other companies so when it was time to get my system replaced, I knew who I was calling. Mike gave me a fair quote, great warranties included, Matt and two other technicians knocked the install out of the park. They were there 3 normal business days after I called and got everything completely replaced. Everyone I interacted with were incredibly polite and professional, very neat and tidy. I won’t use anyone else!

This morning, I had the pleasure of having Roberto and Devin come over to address a slow-draining issue in my kitchen sink, and I must say, they surpassed my expectations! We had a leaking inner tank on our 75 gal water heater. Jerry and Devin came out late in the evening on the same day we called and had our warranty replacement water heater installed in a matter of hours, all for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and prompt service and will be return customers.
