We thought we were hiring Quality Plumbing and Heating to fix a problem that we were having in the basement of my bi-level home in Kokomo back in March of 2023. But in May of 2024 we had waste water coming up thru the floor drain and out of the toilet and flooding my basement, it continued to do this for 6-8 hours nonstop. So let me start from the beginning-the first time we had QPH out, they said there was a clog, and they were unable to clear it so to fix it , that was couple hundred bucks for them to tell me that. To fix the problem it’s going to cost us $3,500 .. so for that amount of money, I’m assuming it’s fixed. Well apparently all they did was install clean outs – That was march 2023. We had them back out April 2023, clogged again( couple hundred bucks) and again in May 2023(couple hundred bucks)- I don’t even remember what their excuse was but I was hoping it was going to be resolved after the May 2023 incident. That’s what they implied but that’s what they implied each time they were out. I noticed that on the May receipt it said something like they weren’t responsible or weren’t able to guarantee that it wouldn’t happen again which I found a little weird. I guess I figured out why they put that because on May 15,2024 I woke up to several inches of water in the basement- it was worse than ever before! The water was coming up thru the toilet, thru the drain in the floor,thru the washing machine – it was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen- so I call QPH, they finally get here several hours later( after hours of course ) and it takes them @least 4hrs to get it to stop. Now I’m not a plumber but I’m pretty sure that this can not be the clog again!?!?!! I mean there were no signs before, no trouble with water draining or flushing toilets- nothing at all, then all the sudden it’s pouring into my basement nonstop for hours?? When they finally got it to stop,they said that the clog was clear at the back of the property by where it connects to the city. They also said that the city’s sewer main (or whatever u call it) was almost full. I’m really totally disappointed in myself for allowing them to keep coming back, thinking it would eventually be fixed, I guess I kept calling them because I felt they had been here and would be familiar with my system. Now looking back I should have known after we paid the $3,500 and it happened 2 more times within 3months that they were not capable of fixing it. For this reason,I would never recommend QPH to anyone. They’ve been here at least 5xs in the past year, charged me a lot of money and never fixed the problem- I’m now sitting here with my entire basement which was previously finished and livable totally ripped out- down to the studs. We are going to have to get someone who knows what they’re doing to figure out why it flooded so bad before we can rebuild it again. Quality Plumbing and Heating has caused us so much heartache and headache and they refuse to take responsibility for it. I hope that this review helps anyone who was considering using QPH. They definitely do not stand behind their work. Probably because their work isn’t reliable. They imply one thing but do another. I actually spoke to Travis today and he offered to come out and take a look at my problem and write me another quote. That’s funny- he wants me to pay him more money!! There’s no way I will ever allow them on my property again, I wouldn’t care if they offered to do it for free! I don’t trust them and I suggest to anyone who’s considering using them to call someone else because right now, I have 3 estimates to rebuild my basement all of them between $55,000-$63,000. At this point I’m considering getting a lawyer.

We had an amazing experience with QPH! We called Monday morning and they were able to schedule someone to come by and take a look on Tuesday afternoon. The technician Corey, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of coming in. He gave us a very reasonable quote and got right to working on solving the issue. I was hesitant to use QPH because they mention they have a $70 service fee but even with that, it was so much more affordable than Summers or Roto Rooter would have charged. With QPH, I felt the technician was actually trying to save me money instead of give me a sales pitch and try to squeeze as much money out of me as he could. I would definitely recommend QPH!

My mother recently had 2 attempts at redoing her bathroom plumbing which both failed and qph Travis Corey and Cameron came in quickly and fixed us right up. They were very courteous and did a great job. I appreciate you guys being so good to us. I’ll be calling for a furnace and ac soon!!!

QPH sent Blake Shelton to remove stool and install new. He did a great job and very polite and friendly young man. After doing the work everything was cleaned up and removed. We would highly recommend QPH.

Travis has been very good quoting various options for my HVAC and answered all questions while describing what I would expect with each option we were discussing. Bo and Mike installed the Carrier A/C and explained what I should expect. They did a very nice job of the install inside and outside. Very good quality install and left the project areas cleaner and better looking than when they started. Thank you guys!

I had a technician come out late in the day to take care of my sump pump issue. I was afraid that my basement was going to flood and discovered that my discharge piping had issues such as a cracked glued pvc pipe at the joint connecting a 90 degree elbow to the pipe. It was spraying all around the entire joint so I had no choice but trip the breaker. It also turned out that there was some sort of blockage. My technician arrived promptly (Cory Landis). Cory also did a fine job promoting your business by letting me know all of the services you have to offer.
