All I can say is OUTSTANDING!! I have used Legacy for years, I’ve bought furnace’s for my homes, AC units, water heaters and their customer service is outstanding from their office staff to their technicians. I highly recommend.

Legacy Heating & Air is an awesome company. No hype, no pressure selling; just great information so you can make the best decision. They saved me big $ last year putting in a fantastic Bryant HVAC system. Their technician came out yesterday for a 1 year inspection and he was great. Did an excellent job of cleaning up the outside compressor, checking everything and replacing the filters. Stay away from the big corporate owned HVAC companies and deal with Legacy. You will be taken care of and save $ in the process. Kevin R.

Legacy gave us a two hour window of when they would show up, called us when they were on the way and arrived on time. This kind of service is rare in our day and age. And they did a thorough job too. Well done Legacy.

Great people to work with. Office staff is very helpful and attentive. They communicate with us every step of the way to make sure everything goes smoothly. Service techs are very professional and explain everything well. We have them on contract for twice a year and are glad to have them as our service provider.

Just had a estimates from Legacy for AC/Furnace replacement….They were friendly and very informative and reasonable in their prices. Answered all our questions…we had quite a few ! We will have them do that replacement in Fall. We did have them install a new thermostat for now-and they were prompt and quick and friendly. They will deduct the thermostat cost from our replacement of AC/Furnace unit when we do have that done. Their business is located in Waynedale where we live so we were extra happy we could use a local business !!!!

I called around 7 am about my air-conditioning. Got quick service came around 8:15 am My air conditioning was up and running before 9:am. Very nice informative and didn’t take advantage trying to sell stuff I didn’t need. Awesome service I highly recommend Legacy I’m very happy with Legacy
