Edit: 7/18/2024: My A/C stopped working during a hot streak. I called them late in the day, but they were at my house before noon the following morning. The technician showed me what was wrong and fixed it right away. 4/20/2023: I came home from vacation and my house was 85 degrees. I called them and they were willing to come out that night, but it was late, so I asked them to come out first thing on Sunday. He was there on time and was able to diagnose and fix my issue right away. Have used them for a number of years and have always gotten great services from them.

I cannot even believe how terrible this experience is. Never use this company. They have been attempting to help repair my air conditioning for 2 weeks. The final attempt with this company is they ordered the wrong parts. Read below for the full review but save yourself time and money and use a higher quality company. Not good. I have had constant issues with my heat/ac. They are out every 3 months and theres always a problem. When I called I was told they could come in the next 2 days at no cost since the issue was documented from the last visit less than 3 months ago, then I was told it would be 4-5 days with a service cost plus any parts labor depending on what they find is wrong. All they care about is making money. Save your time and money and use a better company. Client name: Scott Merritt Update: They cam out to look at the ac unit. They found that yet again another part needs to be replaced. They said it would be 3-4 days before the part arrives. A week and a half later still no part or call with an update. I had to call and I learned that they messed up and never ordered the part. They claim they will be ordering the part and scheduling a time in 3-4 days to fix the problem. Save yourself the time, frustration and headache and use a different and more professional company. They could care less that it is in the upper 80’s and I have no working A/C.

Cedric and his crew were awesome. They were able to help me immediately with my AC unit installations. Very competitive pricing as well. The technitions were prompt, very professional and communicated everything I needed to know. I highly reccomend this company for any AC needs you may have.
