Peter came to my residence 25 minutes after a late night emergency call when my AC unit was making very loud vibrating/humming sounds. Dave from Hearthstone responded almost immediately to our early morning call on this record breaking heat day. Peter was out to our home within hours to maintain and fix our a/c. Peter was very professional, courteous and respectful of our napping toddler twins whom never woke during his repair visit. We have always been extremely satisfied with Hearthstone over the past years, who also installed our furnace and a/c. I would 100% recommend Peter and the whole crew at Hearthstone.
