I’m attempting to add an additional review and not succeeding, I add on to this one. Eros serviced my air conditioner and furnace this past week. He was well-versed, and was able to explain and show me what I needed to know about the workings of my equipment. I appreciated his expertise, and he was very friendly and pleasant! Thank you! This is from last year: Gus M, the service specialist who came out and checked, cleaned and serviced my furnace system was knowledgeable, efficient, very pleasant and prompt. He showed and explained to me issues I had with my aging system. I am very pleased with the service and know that I can trust them to keep my system running well in the future. This is a new review. Jonathan and Ernesto replaced the old and installed the new air conditioning into my home. They are a great team! Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Jonathan explained everything to me! I’m very pleased with the expertise! I’m certain that I’ll have a cool home this summer….and for many years! Thank you Jonathan, Ernesto, and Shavitz! Additional new review – July 2024. Jonathan P came to save us from the heat this afternoon, when my air conditioning was not cooling. Thank you Jonathan! He checked out all the equipment and found the problem. He was able to address the issue, and it will soon be cool in here! Jonathan is pleasant, professional and was able to explain and fix the problem! Cosmin and David were exceptional installing my new air conditioning system. So prompt arriving and courteous.The were so professional in their work and very neat working.When completed,they took the time to explain exactly what was done and explained how the new system worked and the new thermostat also. We have been customers for some time and will continue to be for many years. Office staff so helpful especially Liz.
