This company quickly and professionally replaced my HVAC system. I had had a new furnace installed two years earlier by a different company, but the house was cold in the depths of winter and the furnace was continually on. Alen Heating & Cooling examined the situation and told me the furnace was undersized. I had absolutely no problems the past two winters and a nice warm house! Thank you!!!

Had a contacter replaced on my AC unit which took the technician less than 10 minutes. I looked at the price of the part prior to calling them and saw it was at most a $50-60 dollar part. After his 10 minute installation he said he was too uncomfortable to put the cover back on, so I did it myself. Then comes the bill of $435 dollars for a ten minute job. If they don’t remediate the cost I would never recommend them to anyone. Find someone who isn’t trying to price gouge the living hell out of you for a $50 dollar part and ten minutes of labor. Overall very pissed and don’t use them

My ac was not cooling, so called for service. Ryan H was here in a few hours and fixed the problem. He explained what happened and how he fixed the problem as well as what to do if it happens again. The cost was reasonable and he was courteous and thorough. I will be using Allen heating again.
