Eric served the AC unit at my aunt’s house. When he was finished, he explained the numbers on the invoice. I had several questions for him, and he answered them all. He even explained the benefits of PMP. He was very friendly. I will definitely be referring friends and family.

First time calling this company everything went good no issues no problems the tech who arrived ( on time ) was vary professional friendly and knowledgeable lucky in this case it was just a blown capacitor on the AC unit that he was able to identify and change out quickly highly satisfied I definitely recommend this company

We were suggested this company by a family friend and we’re overly happy with them! Eric had came out to do the estimate and was honest and helpful and also wanted to help the best he can with our old unit so we didn’t have to spend money we didn’t need to! We had to get a new unit and Chris in the office was very helpful getting us though the process as well! They stuck to their timeline and were efficient in the process. Eric was outstanding and made us feel like family, he truly wanted to help out and it’s hard to come across great workers like him! I can’t thank them enough for making this tough process in the heat a smooth process!

Eric was amazing and so was the office staff. Offered me a PMP maintenance program they saved me hundreds of dollars. The service tech, Eric, was knowledgeable, polite, clean, professional and was so thorough. Having my own service business, I appreciate a young man that takes pride in his work. RCM Heating and cooling did a wonderful job installing our HVAC system. The guys that did the install were fantastic & very informative and did a great job!! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a new HVAC install !! Chris also was very knowledgeable in explaining different hvac systems to us and provided a couple options for us to choose from prior to us deciding what we wanted to purchase. She even came out to our house shortly after the installers arrived to introduce herself. What great customer service !! The installers also provide great customer service too explaining everything to us from the actual unit to the thermostat control etc.. Chris, Christian & Eric, you are all the best !! I had a great experience. This company was prompt and professional. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a few options and were not pushy. I then scheduled the repair and they were on time, clean and efficient. I had a small problem after the installation of a coil, and they came back to take care of it with no questions asked. I highly recommend calling them.

I want to personally thank Randy and Christian from RCM Heating and Cooling for their professionalism. I had to replace my old air condition and heating unit because of failed condenser and age. Randy and Christian arrived early and stayed late doing an excellent job. I live on the second floor in an old condo building which each unit have their own little closet for air, heat and water. This area is so small that only one person can barely move. Because this place was so small it took them longer to install them. They didn’t complain and both worked effortlessly putting in both units. II am so happy with everything words can’t convey them all. If you are in need of a company with excellent service, contact RCM Heating and Cooling. Chris is a female owner/operator with over 20 years in HVAC service and I would recommend her company every time. Thank you all, really appreciate it.

I had them come out and they installed a new furnace on Sunday for me as I was staying in a hotel and their guys did an excellent job getting my house up and running. I would recommend you use them as they are very helpful and a reasonable rate. M. Roessler with (ACR Team)
