We experienced heating issues with our furnace with near zero temperatures outside. We got service very quickly, and heat was restored to our home. I hesitated because everyone said it would be expensive. Not only was it reasonably priced, I got tips on how to care for my home, the repairman was friendly and helpful, and I set up maintenance twice a year because it is affordable and valuable. I immediately wanted to do a review because this was a great service for my family! Thank you!

Jesse arrived on time to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. He was very polite and efficient and showed me before & after pictures of some of our dirtiest vents. He also made a few suggestions on routine maintenance. I highly recommend Fowler.

Mark came out and gave us an estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. I have yet to see the bid but it was very positive first step.

Mark and the staff at Fowler are amazing! Mark patiently answered all of my questions. The install crew were professional and timely. I love my Bryant unit. Best of all, my Ameren bills have been cut by more than half!

Woke up in the middle of the night with no A/C. Placed emergency call around 6:00. Young man was here at 9:30 a.m. It’s 9:55 a.m. and all is well. Capacitor. Quick response! No waiting for part. Thank you!

My house absolutely needed the vents cleaned and checked for mold. Gavin and Jess were the technicians to do the job. I have nothing but high praise for their work, their pleasant attitudes and .thorough job I will definitely use Fowler again!!

I needed a part. The furnace I have didn’t have standard parts. The listed replacement would not fit. I couldn’t even get a response from other HVAC suppliers. Fowler found me the correct part that did the job but saved me a big repair bill by letting me do the labor with their parts. Those other guys couldn’t be bothered to call me back much less research the correct part I needed. Thank you parts department. I will be back when I need a HVAC professional again.

I had Fowler Heating and Cooling come to my homeTo work on my air conditioner unit. And Tyler was awesome he new Exactly what he was doing. And found the problem. And then he told me exactly what needed to be done, he told me how much things would cost. And let me just say Fowler was very reasonable with the price and I will never use anyone else but Fowler heating or air they deserve a 10 out 10. So thank you Tyler and thank you Fowler and a big Thank you to the young lady at the Fowler office for helping me decide to use you guys she was so helpful to me and I hope she will know just how much I appreciated her taking the time to talk to me and help me understand the process. It truly meant so much. And I’ll say it again Tyler you were wonderful. Thanks again for all your help. And if you live in Marion, IL. and if you ever have an a/c problem or you have heating or your furnace or whatever it may be. Fowler is the place to call for all of that.!!!
