I had an amazing experience with Modern Heating. After several estimates, we decided to go with them and I have NO regrets. We had to have our whole AC system replaced and everyone that helped were incredible. Albert and Sebastian were so kind and respectful, Casey was extremely patient and helpful, and Alex took so much of his time to explain my options to me and to make sure I would be set for the long run. I’m so grateful to have found a company that is true to their word. Can’t wait to continue to work with them!

I called to make a service request. They were so friendly and timely and having someone come out. Brian came to my home. He was very thorough, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely call them again. They are on my list.

Modern responded quickly with service appointment when my air conditioning failed .Repairing the existing unit was not worthwhile on a 17 year old furnace blower motor. The repair price would go along way towards replacement. Modern provided me with replacement unit options available quickly at a very good price. I now have Air Conditioning again when it’s needed most. Thanks to Modern Heating & Plumbing for outstanding service. Riley, Lisa, Alex, Albert and Sebastian were all professionals that solved my Air Conditioning problem quickly at a very busy time of year. Dave Lucy
