Bernard is a lifesaver. Our AC went out about a month ago, weather was in the high 80s and it was very humid. Our warranty service wouldn’t be able to help us till the next afternoon evening. I found Bernard’s company online and gave him a call. I’m pretty sure he was on his way home to be with his family, but without hesitating helped us out. Great service and price. Bernard is knowledgeable and caring, rare combo. Adding to the review: We had a carbon monoxide leak in the house last night and even though Benard had a full schedule today, he managed to fit us early in the morning. Bernard was thorough in his investigation and through the process educated and informed us on how the boiler works and the potential causes for the CO leak. He also got our boiler up and running pretty quickly. He was patient and answered all our questions. Bernard even followed up twice/trice throughout the day with us to ensure everything was okay. Great service! Adding to the review (7/15/24): Bernard in the clutch again. We’ve had another technician come due to our warranty plan, but I felt like I couldn’t trust him. With Bernard, you can 100% trust him and have peace of mind. Bernard did a thorough analysis of our AC unit from thermostat, to furnace/coil to the condensing unit and in lamen terms explained what it will take to have a fully efficient running system, but ultimately helped get our system up and running at its original capacity. Great price, great service.

My AC lines froze up and it stopped cooling my home in the middle of . a heatwave. I was worried that it was broke. I called Bernard and he told me what to do to get it safe. He then came over and checked the AC unit. He added freon and got the AC working and cooling again. All the work was done very professionally and at an affordable price. I’m very thankful to know Bernard. I highly recommend him. I will not go elsewhere.
