I have been a regular maintenance customer of Kustom since 2010 and have had my share of HVAC emergencies over the years. Everyone I have worked with has been reliable, thorough and diligent. When I made the decision to replace my 17 year old HVAC system, Todd walked me through a variety of options and explained the pro/cons of each option. He is a wealth of information! On installation day, Josh and Witt arrived on time and were friendly, professional and proficient! They completed the entire installation in about 5 hours and left the work areas clean. They did a fantastic job of reworking all the prior connections too. I decided to go with the Evolution heat pump and I made the right choice. The new state of the art system is fantastic! Keeps the home cool and comfortable and is so quiet I had to check to see if it was running. I would recommend Kustom to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC provider. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.
