We are very pleased with the overall experience with Tica. From the first call requesting an estimate to the final install. Mark was very prompt in coming out. He was understanding of our needs and honest. We had a proposal the next day that was almost 1,100 dollars cheaper than the first one we got. On the day of install Dustin and (we didn’t catch the other guys name) were there right at 7:30. They explained each step of the process. You could tell they were very knowledgeable. They finished up fairly early the second day. They cleaned every bit of their mess up. A friend of ours recommended them and we could not have been more pleased. They will forever have our business. Thanks again!!

I purchased my heating/air conditioning system from Tica in 1997 and 1999, a Trane unit. It has run flawlessly, aside from several parts being replaced over the 26 years, to be expected. Recently, some more serious burner issues developed, and I could be facing furnace replacement – argghh $$$. BUT WAIT – the heat exchanger was still under warranty, and was replaced today by one of their service techs. I am so relieved I could almost cry. Tica folks have been only helpful and courteous and prompt every time I have dealt with them.

The two men arrived at approximately the time I was given. They came and did their job!!!!! They were very nice and knowledgeable of the item I purchased. This isn’t my first time using Tica, and I’d used them again!!!

I recently contacted TICA to put in two air conditioners along with a heat pump, for my two-story farmhouse. Mike, along with his crew were very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend them. He will not find a more caring company.

Could not ask for any better service froTica. The service personnel were absolutely fantastic. Thank you for getting our home comfortable in just two days of August where there is a year
