DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. It should be enough for you that they are the ones giving themselves the 5 star reviews because no one else will! They left us without AC overnight with 2 small children on one of the hottest days of the year after lying and telling us they were going to be there at 8am. When the technicians arrived (private contractors who weren’t employed for the business), they said they hadn’t even received a request for us until the evening of the day the promised to be there and were told the appointment was for the next morning – they blatantly lied to us about their availability. When I asked for a refund, they kept giving me the runaround for over a month before I gave up. They did things like put me on hold for 20 minutes so I would hang up…act like they didn’t know what I was talking about even though I’d called multiple times…telling me someone would call me back in a few hours and then they never did. The last person I spoke to literally PROMISED to call me back and of course, never did. They are con artists who gaslight you – avoid! I will say the technicians that arrived were great and helpful. I will be reaching out to them directly from now on.

Kevin and Mike performed a great job. They addressed all of my mother’s questions and showed her how to operate the new thermostat while being extremely kind and considerate. I would unquestionably recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling system replacements or repairs.

We recently had our AC and Furnace units replaced. James helped us understand our options and was patient and informative with our many questions. His crew performed the installation and did a wonderful job. They were careful with their tools and equipment and took the time to lay down floor covering and cleanup once they finished. I appreciate that they explained what they did and showed us how to operate the new units. Overall great experience.

We have a very old oil furnace. Brian was able to get it up and running again with a few repairs. I believe he is the best in the business. I would always use them in the future.He was very helpful on the phone when I called. Good personal service that is missing in so many companies today! Thank you again for doing a great job.

We received bids for several local companies. Clark Heating and AC Repair was significantly below the other bids. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. The owner and I even FaceTimed when I proposed at the last minute that we install the new AC unit in a different area than where the old one was and he helped to get it all sorted out for us. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

I’am so impressed with a person that draws blood at Dr. Paden’s office. Her name is Melonie, she missed my good vein, without any pain…. an search for the vein she was looking for….yet again without any pain. Anybody that truly knows me know, I do not, let me repeat, I do not like any needles!!!!!! Then after all that I had to have another blood test done today!!! I searched for the name on her name-tag, and felt as though I was safe, because it was Melonie!!!! And again I had a wonderful experience. NO PAIN INVOLVED!!!!

Martin and his helper responded to our AC outage in a timely fashion. In the crunch of the heat wave, they were at our house within 24 hours. Learned many things that I hadn’t been aware of along with explanations of why and how. They were on time, worked very well together and were eager to maximize my knowledge of how things worked. Thumbs up!

John was extremely competent, He not only showed up on time but he took time and thoughtfully analyzed our problems and suggested corrections. Went out of his way to get necessary replacement parts the same day and came back and finished the job.Very thrilled!!
