I must have been the least valuable MVP customer. AWE scheduled my furnace checkup in January after had been using it for months already. A month after the checkup my furnace went out and had to pay them to come back out to fix the issue. Then AWE wanted to schedule my AC checkup for mid June. You would think they would schedule the maintenance appointments before you need to heavily use the AC/Furnace. I then needed a new AC unit and called to get an estimate and never heard back.

Ethan was great. Knows his stuff. Even rolled up the hose after he finished cleaning the outside unit. Christina (office staff) is also very good. Rescheduled my original visit when something came up and called when Ethan was on his way.
