Brett was on time. He was very polite and articulate. I immediately believed he would be honest and competent. He carefully inspected ac and outside components. He explained needed cleaning and repairs and quickly completed them. He has my highest recommendation for your account or furnace concerns.

Bruce was a good dude, it was a little pricey, 549.90 for something that took him 10 mins of actual work to replace but that’s not his fault. I guess I assumed that the 99.00 was part of the price but it was added on after the 450.00 estimate I signed for, but again not Bruce’s fault, he fixed the issue. And nothing is free in this world so bottom line, I’d call Mike Williams (BRUCE ) again if I needed more service ,did try to offer the vip service but when I declined, he didn’t try to push the issue.

Thank you Mike Williams for sending technician Josiah! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and the cost before he did completed any work. He was very careful and respectful of my property. He completed the repairs and removed the stress that came with water leaking in my home! #TEAMAWESOME!
