We called Monday morning and they were here Monday afternoon. They fixed another company’s mistake. The pricing was very fair and the bill laid out EXACTLY what they did. The older gentleman was like the coolest boss ever, helping the newer guy, explaining why they were doing what they were doing, and quizzing him. What a great interaction. From this point forward, Barrett will be the only folks touching my furnace and a/c. Thanks for a job well done, and being so honest.

They are a great company. They put on our furnace about 12 years ago and just replaced a part in our air conditioner. They were fast and did a great job.
