Great service and workmanship. Had furnace issue that started on a Sunday evening. Outside temp was 8°. They were there by 8:30 Monday morning to start the diagnostic process. Brizee took excellent care of us.

Spent thousands on a Vermont stove and need help lighting the pilot in year 2. Could be 5-6 weeks before any help because they have only one person in the State that knows how to do this. This is an HVAC company?

Prior to the purchase of our property in Kimberly Idaho. The seller hired Brizee to inspect and provide a knowledgeable diagnostic of our central air heating and cooling unit. This service was performed on the 23rd of May 2023. On the 5th of June 2023 we the new home owners turned the on the air conditioning and to our demise the warm air! Brizee was contacted, technician performed service call, diagnostic indicated faulty compressors! You draw your own conclusions. 1st time the unit was turned on since the 23rd of May 3023. Same technician, same company (Brizee) 227 2nd Ave East, Twin Falls Idaho. Now Brizee wants to replace the compressors or sell us a new unit! I advise a 2nd opinion on any service this company offers and research the competition before you give Brizee your business. You and your family might have to endure hot summer heat without a working central air conditioning unit!

They came out to repair my AC on short notice and after hours, on a holiday weekend. Technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Fantastic service and a great price – even for odd hours. I will be using Brizee for all my HVAC needs from now on!

Mike was great! We came home from vacation Sun evening to a very cold house. Mike was here this morning to get it all fixed. Knowledgeable and friendly. Seems like they have a good communication system among technicians as well as office staff to get the job done well and quickly. Workers tend to stay with company. Mike said he’s been there 22 years.

10/10 would recommend. They are on it like sonic. Got the run around from MULTIPLE LOCATIONS none knew what they was doing and or talking about till we stopped in here. Would recommend to EVERYONE!
