Ben came out to do yearly maintenance on my AC. He was very thorough and took his time to explain to me the details of his service checks. I appreciated him wearing booties in my home. Not all contractors do that. I’m very impressed with this company.

Wickstrom the company gave me excellent customer service. The rep on the phone was great and then the tech Ben was phenomenal. Prior to his arrival I was sent a full description of his qualifications and what he looked like. From the time he knocked on my door to the time he left, Ben was professional yet relatable. He went the extra mile and helped me locate a beeping noise that I created with my earbuds. His hard work and dedication deserves recognition and praise.
