We had our Mitsubishi split ac maintenance done. There was a small delay to Olaf’s arrival but we were kept informed the whole time. Olaf worked hard the whole time, kept the area super clean & when done, cleaned up. Price was very reasonable & we will be using them again next year.

A fairly new company on Oahu, these guys know how to communicate. They also excel at service and installation. From someone who was in the air conditioning industry for over 20 years, I was prepared to critique every move. They Installed our new air-conditioning system without issue.. Very happy with their service. I’m going to refer as many people to them as I can!

IIya showed up on time, very curteous and professional. He was very patient with my 3 large dogs as I got them into the house. He explained what he was seeing and showed me the issues that was causing my AC to not cool. In addition he checked for proper draining and cleaned the drain pipe. He listened to past issues I have had and gave me solutions on how to fix. I will definitely be using Fuse for all future AC needs!!!! Thank you!

I used this company a few weeks ago to install a new unit. Try did such a great job that we decided to use them again for servicing all of our other units. They did such a great job I felt the need to share this second experience as well! I wanted to say how happy we are with your service and all of your staff! Roman and Oleg have been so nice to work with. And my Gosh Oleg did such a beautiful job servicing our A/C units! Especially the one in the back of the house. He showed me before and after photos and I really appreciate that he did that. Otherwise I would never have known how extensive of a job he did. And so extremely tidy! He prepped very well and I had literally zero cleanup even though it was a very nasty job. We had in the past had our units serviced every year (At least) but no one EVER took everything apart and really cleaned it like this. He put down tarps and really dug in deep and made it all sparkle. There was mildew in there from years of not being cleaned properly. I see now that those other companies just did the least they could to call the units “Serviced” FUSE DID THE MOST! Very professional! And it was done at a very fair price especially for the hours spent! We are so happy. Once again! Oh and they recommended a cleaning service that we also used and they were also extremely professional and fair priced. As silly as this sounds when speaking in terms of a review of household services , We honestly feel like this company and its entourage has actually enriched our lives. Thanks again!

I’m very pleased with Fuse. They are very efficient and their customer service is excellent. They send updates constantly. The AC tech arrived on time and he was very polite and friendly and worked to fix the problem. Now my split system works beautifully! They are affordable. I will use them for all my AC needs.
