Ronald Smith Heating and Air installed an upgraded energy savings 80% unit in my house 7 years ago. The system has been great and a cost saver in terms of energy consumption. It has different speeds that only run as fast as needed depending on the heating or cooling demand. Even though the upgraded system cost a couple thousand more I realized the difference in cost savings within a couple years. Their service department is prompt and their technicians friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. David S.

Had a wonderful experience with them! They did a complete HVAC installation of our new home. Robert was informative, communicated well, and his guys showed up on time and worked efficiently. In the midst of a very stressful new build, Ronald Smith Heating and Air was a breeze to work with and they made our lives a little less stressful!

My parent recently had an issue with their ac unit and based off of reviews i recommended they give this company a call. A few days later I go by my parents home only to find out this guy charged them $388 to change a $15-20 part (Capacitor). Not only was the price ridiculous he changed the part in two minutes (no exaggeration )without even asking if they if they wanted to proceed. I totally understand paying for services and everything is up price wise today but this service didn’t require nothing but a screw driver, two minutes and a $15-20 capacitor. He did not give a breakdown of charges on the receipt only that he waive the $89.00 diagnostic fee and and total charge of $388. TOTAL RIP OFF!

I have nothing but praise to say about Ronald Smith heating and air. From everyone I spoke with from the beginning of calling about an appointment all they way til my HVAC was working better than it was when it was new. I highly recommend them and their loyalty and customer support was top notch. Thank you guys again.
